Course - South to River Trails
- 9 Miles: NW 25th east to Shartel, North on Shartel to Eubanks, East on Eubanks to Dewy, South on Dewey through Paseo to Walker, South on Walker to Oklahoma Blvd, East on Oklahoma Blvd to Scissortail, turn around at Sparks Cafe and retrace the same route back to the start.
- 18 Miles: See above - at Scissortail head south, around the soccer fields, then south to the river trail, head east on the river trail across the bridge at the baothouse and head east on the trail to Okana, cross the Okana Bridge turn left towards the water park continuing east a couple hundred yards and retrace the same route back to the start line.

- Start/Finish, 2.9m, 5.4m, 7.4m, 10.6m, 12.5m, 15.1m
- Hydrate like a champion.
- Don't forget to bring a cup, bottle or hydrapouch
- Public bathrooms @ Scissortail, Boathouses, Okana
Running Etiquette
Be kind. Share the road. Don’t block the road or trail like a human traffic cone. Obey signs and use crosswalks. Review the etiquette sheet before we start.
