Course
- 7 Miles: Study the map - there are a couple tricky turns in the Village. Turn around at mile 3.5 which will be the second house on Grand past Penn.
- 14 Miles: Study the Map - you will run around the Nichols Hills Plaza Flagpole both ways. There are restrooms available at Nichols Hills Plaza inside Trader Joe's & Town Hall.

Line up by pace. We’ll call groups so we don’t all stampede at once.
Cupless Water/Powerade Stops
- Start/Finish, Mile 3/11 & Mile 6/8.
- Hydrate like a champion.
- Don't forget to bring a cup, bottle or hydrapouch
Running Etiquette
Be kind. Share the road. Don’t block the road or trail like a human traffic cone. Obey signs and use crosswalks. Review the etiquette sheet before we start.
