Congratulations — you’re almost to the start line!

Smile, soak it in, and enjoy today’s run. This isn’t the moment to do anything wild like hopping off a curb or chasing a last‑minute PR. Save your best legs for race day.

After the run, stick around for PANCAKES and COFFEE on us. If you’d like, feel free to bring a breakfast item to share — it always makes the morning even better.

Committee members will be on hand to answer any final‑week or race‑day questions you may have, so don’t hesitate to chat with us.

Course

We’ll begin with a loop around the OKC National Memorial reflection pool to remember why we run. From there, we’ll head out to cover the final mile of the marathon course, then continue north on Robinson.

5‑Mile Group: Turn around at NW 20th and head back.

10‑Mile Group: Continue north to take on Gorilla Hill — up and down.

• And yes… the Gorilla may be out, so have the camera ready for a few pics...

Wave Start

Line up by pace. We’ll call groups so we don’t all stampede at once.

Cupless Water Stops 

  • Water only at Start/Finish.
  • Hydrate like a champion.
  • Don't forget to bring a cup, bottle or hydrapouch 

Running Etiquette

Be kind. Share the road. Don’t block the road or trail like a human traffic cone. Obey signs and use crosswalks. Review the etiquette sheet before we start.
